Description:
Soo Bahk Do is a traditional Korean form of martial art. Our legacy spans to the ancient dynasties of Korea. Although similar to Tae Kwon Do, our art remained seperate during the unification of the kwans (martial arts schools) to preserve our history and style.
There is a focus on both hard and soft techniques--various striking, grabs, self-defense techniques and use of breathing and relaxation throughout. It is a full body martial art with techniques that are applicable in real life situations.
