The Johns Hopkins chapter of Amnesty International is an organization that fights human rights abuses everywhere from the local to the international scale. Amnesty is concerned with a wide range of human rights issues, including the death penalty, child soldiers, violence against women, torture, genocide, political prisoners, prisoner abuse, the arms trade, and business violations of human rights. The specific campaigns we work on are chosen by group members each year.
