Description:
The Center for Africana Studies (CAS) was established at the Johns Hopkins University about six years ago. For this reason, amongst others, general knowledge and awareness of the Center is minimal. The Center for Africana Studies Student Advisory Council (CAS SAC) was founded to increase knowledge about the Center and the courses offered by it. The main goal of the SAC is to promote the JHU Center for Africana Studies through events, publications such as the CAS Newsletter, and various other means of support.
Meeting Information:
We meet once a month, generally the second or third Wednesday of the month in Greenhouse 113. Times are TBA. If you have any further questions, please email us at cassac@jhu.edu.
