Description:
VIVAZ Perfroming Arts Company explores art forms such as poetry, dance and music from the United States, Africa and the Caribbean. Reggae is a genre of popular music in the Caribbean Island of Jamaica. Reggae has grown tremendously in popularity over the past five decades thanks to artists such as Bob Marley and Peter Tosh. Dancehall is a branch of Reggae music which emerged in the eighties. Today, Danchall is following the footsteps of Reggae.in its rise to popularity thanks to artists like Sean Paul and Beenie Man who have had mainstream success in the U.S.
VIVAZ wants to put a spin on Caribbean, African and American art forms!!!

- Fridays in the Mattin Dance Studio (Morris Offit Building) 6pm-8pm
