Description:
MInDS is an organization that promotes diversity in science by fostering graduate students and postdoctoral fellows in their career development.
MInDS works with Faculty and Administration to develop effective strategies to identify, recruit, retain and support underrepresented groups in an effort to diversify Johns Hopkins University’s Department of Biology.
Through mentorship, networking, and improving community awareness, MInDs contributes to the universal effort to diversify academic researchers at colleges.Meeting Information:
Every 2ndand 4th Tuesday of each month. Mudd Hall room 23 at 4pm
