Description:
Our student organization focuses on raising awareness in the female student population of the troublesome behavior that has taken over our community and of the society that propagates it. Our goal is to heighten the student body's understanding of the effect their actions have on others. In theory, our group would try to revitalize some of the feminist sentiments that have been forgotten by many of the student here. If we take a proactive stance in demanding respect from our peers, a fundamental change in the behavior on campus seems inevitable. The trends of sexual behavior and interactions are propagated by both sexes so a change in either gender's behavior will compel a change in the others.
Meeting Information:
Beginning in September of 2008, meetings will be held biweekly. Meeting times will be designated by the Co-presidents. Members of the group will be informed via email.
