Description:
The primary purpose of the JHU chapter of Engineering World Health (EWH) is to promote and develop the EWH mission: the delivery of medical expertise and equipment to underserved nations. This group has extended the already successful network of chapters to the Hopkins campus, which provides all students the ability to use their scientific, technical, and humanitarian interests to help patients in developing countries. Students, faculty, and community members are able to participate in the EWH mission through various events and activites such as equipment design, equipment collections, equipment builds, and fundraising.
